Submissions

New data submission format

CPCB has introduced a revised format for data submissions. All future submissions must use the prescribed format only — submissions in older formats will slow processing or return errors. Download the current purchase and sales formats below.

Portal account

Change of registered credentials now available

Registered details on the CPCB portal — Email ID, Mobile Number and Authorised Person — can now be updated. If any of your registered details need correction, tell us and we will carry out the change on your behalf.

Migration

Migration to the Common EPR Portal

The earlier EPR portal was discontinued with effect from 28 June 2026. The new Common EPR Portal is live, and the data of all registered units needs to be migrated to it. If your units have not yet been migrated, this should be treated as urgent.
