SERVICES / EPR COMPLIANCE

EPR compliance, fulfilled by people who run the plants.

Registration to annual return, across every stream — with obligation math you can defend and certificates you can trace.

The problem

EPR is no longer a formality

Escalating category-wise targets. Annual returns due every 30 June. Registration renewals that must be filed four months early. Recycled-content obligations under the 2026 amendment. And environmental compensation for every tonne of shortfall — with CPCB actively cancelling fraudulent certificates and publishing defaulter lists. If your compliance runs on a consultant's spreadsheet and a broker's promise, your exposure is larger than your filing fee.

What we do

From registration to annual return

01

Obligation assessment & planning

Category-wise obligation computation from your actual sales data, projected across the next three years of escalating targets, with a costed fulfilment plan.

02

Registration & renewal management

Fresh PIBO registration, renewals filed on time (four months before expiry), document preparation to portal standard, query resolution with CPCB/SPCBs.

03

Fulfilment through our processing chain

Your obligation met with waste physically processed at GPWM facilities and audited partners — recycling, waste-to-oil and cement co-processing — with weighbridge records behind every certificate.

04

Certificate supply & verification

Certificates are only as genuine as the processor behind them — and after fifteen years inside this industry, we know those processors personally. Every certificate we supply comes through our long-standing network and is verified against records before it reaches you. We also verify certificates you've bought elsewhere, before they become an audit problem.

05

Annual returns & audit readiness

Your 30 June filing prepared from a documentation trail that already exists, because we built it during the year — not reconstructed in the last week of June.

Streams

Beyond plastic: every EPR stream, one partner

The same obligation-to-certificate service across E-Waste, Battery, Tyre, Used Oil and C&D waste — through our own network of registered recyclers and processors in each stream. One documentation standard, one accountable partner, one filing calendar. If you hold obligations in multiple streams, we consolidate them into a single compliance plan.
